Solicitor investigated over "fantastical" CV

The SRA is investigating solicitor Alan Blacker over a number of allegedly “fantastical” claims on his CV. Mr Blacker came to public attention last month after Judge David Wynn Morgan said the solicitor was "like something out of Harry Potter" after he appeared at Cardiff Crown Court sporting ribbons and badges he claimed to have earned for St John Ambulance volunteer work.
