Stephen Pollard suggests that the huge fall in sex discrimination cases going to tribunal since the introduction of fees has burst “the compensation balloon” which he says saw unscrupulous people bringing frivolous cases at a huge cost to businesses. Mr Pollard goes on to criticise Labour’s promises to abolish the fees to "ensure all workers have proper access to justice".
