Rennard's threat amuses opponents

Commenting on the lifting of Lord Rennard’s suspension from the Liberal Democrat party, Labour's shadow leader of the House Angela Eagle said his threat to resort to law to force his way back into the party surely made him “the only person in the whole country who would take legal action in order to become a Liberal Democrat."
