The Mail reports on property agent Gladman Developments, which is offering farmers no-win, no-fee deals to take their agricultural land and gain planning permission for housing on it, in return for a percentage after the land has been sold to the highest bidding housebuilder. The paper says the firm’s high success rate indicates how Government reforms to planning rules are leading to the desecration of the countryside.
