The Independent’s Rosie Millard defends Lord Neuberger’s admission that he only skim reads a lot of his legal papers and documents. She says the admission could be seen seen as a canny definition of how he risen to become Britain’s top judge. “Everyone who is good at their job does a bit of skimming,” she comments.
