The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries has revealed that the number of motor insurance injury claims has fallen 10% due to a crackdown on whiplash fraud. This has resulted in the cost of motoring personal injury claims from controversial companies falling 33% from £354m to £238m, reports the Daily Mail.
