A pregnant woman barred from a club for not wearing heels could get £750 compensation, Clarke Willmott’s Emma Hamnett has said. Ms Hamnett argued it broke equality laws as Abby Ashcroft, who was on a friend's hen do, was "treated unfavourably because of pregnancy".
