Fees deter workers from tribunal claims

Research by Citizens Advice Scotland suggests increasing numbers of Scots are being prevented from challenging rogue employers due to the introduction of employment tribunal fees of up to £1,200. The research highlights official figures which reveal an 81% drop in tribunal cases between January and April 2014 compared to the same quarter the previous year before the fees were introduced.
