Court ban for barrister

Barrister John Iteshi has been barred from the courts after he made “vexatious” discrimination claims against a series of prospective employers. At the Employment Appeal Tribunal in London, Sir John Mitting, QC, said that Mr Iteshi's behaviour was exceptional and banned him indefinitely.
